I am a professor of English Linguistics at the University of Leipzig. Before coming to Leipzig in 2020, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Düsseldorf (2016-2020) and the University of Vienna (2011-2016) . I took on these positions after earning a PhD degree in English Linguistics at the University of Hamburg in 2011.
